Is CBD oil legal?

The CBD oil we are providing is produced from industrial hemp, so there is less than 0.3% THC in these products. When sourced in this manner, CBD oil is legal to sell in the US.


Can CBD get you high?

Properly sourced CBD oil will only contain 0.3% THC, which is a trace amount. Therefore, you will not get high from hemp-derived CBD oil.

Will I Get side effects from using CDB oil?

CBD side effects have been reported to be minor, but the research for CBD is ongoing. It has been reported that when taken in higher quantity it can cause drowsiness or stomach discomfort.


Will CBD oil show up on a drug test?

The average drug test will test for THC or tetrahydrocannabinol. When properly sourced, CBD oil should contain less than 0.3% THC, which is a trace amount. For that reason, it is unlikely, but can not be promised that CBD oil to show up on a drug test.
